KUMOZA customers are allowed to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods in the following circumstances
a) Manufacturing defects / damaged / broken
b) Kumoza delivered the wrong item.
c) Kumoza delivered the wrong size.
d) Kumoza delivered the wrong color.
Please note that Refund/return requests can only be made through your registered account. only complete-status orders can proceed to request a refund based on the above circumstances.
Product return policy and procedures
(1) What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return?
what we need from you is to get some photos of these items (standard phone is sufficient, no need studio photography.)
or video Show us where the problem is and we will process it, besides that we also need to know order id.
(2) How to send the item back to us?
once we have confirmed the return of the item, we will send you a digital consignment note. what you need to do is print a digital consignment note and paste it on the return parcel. we will arrange the service courier to pick up items from your address. if you prefer we take the item back from another address as in the workplace. please tell us
(3) How to pack the return parcel?
Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages and Make sure the parcel has all the items including the packaging in it and the parcel is not see-through and is well sealed. Paste the consignment note on the parcel. kumoza is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.
(4) How long does it take?
The product return or refund normally takes about 7-14 working days to complete. but can take longer from time to time, we need your cooperation to resolve this issue. Help us get the needed information and Kumoza will try our best to shorten the process.
(5) Delivery cost.
The shipping cost for the returned item Shall be borne by Kumoza if you follow the procedures using our digital consignment notes. Kumoza will also bear the cost of delivering the item back to the buyer.
Please note that all return costs incurred by this kumoza do not apply to products that have a warranty period. For products that have a warranty period, all costs associated with the return for repair/replacement of the new product will be borne entirely by the buyer. while the cost of returning the goods to the customer will be borne entirely by the kumoza.
(6) Refund or replacement of goodwill is not applicable for the following situations:
a) Missing Original packaging
b) Any item that has been worn, or altered.
c) Used items (for cosmetic and other personal items such as undergarments, adult toys)
