What payment methods does KUMOZA accept?
We partner with two trusted gateways: PayPal and Stripe to provide seamless and secure payment options.
Is paying with PayPal safe?
Yes. PayPal is globally recognized and offers buyer protection, safeguarding purchases against fraud and unauthorized transactions. You can securely link credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts for checkout.
How does Stripe keep my payment secure?
Stripe provides a seamless checkout with robust infrastructure so transactions are processed quickly and efficiently while keeping your personal information secure. Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards.
Can I choose my preferred gateway at checkout?
Yes—simply select PayPal or Stripe during checkout and complete your payment with confidence.
Do PayPal and Stripe follow industry security standards?
Yes. Both adhere to industry-leading security standards to help protect your data at all times.

Returns & Refunds

What is the EU 14-day Right of Withdrawal?
If you’re in an EU member state, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Please notify us in writing (email or post). You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until you provide evidence of return (whichever comes first).
Are there legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal?
Certain products may be excluded by law. If your item falls under an exception, we will inform you accordingly.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defects, wrong items, or damage in transit, KUMOZA covers return shipping costs via a digital consignment note. For EU withdrawal or other reasons, the customer bears the return cost.
How do I request a return?
You can contact our customer support team or log in to your account and submit a return request. Provide your order ID and photos/videos clearly showing the issue (if applicable). We’ll review and share return instructions.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging/tags, properly sealed and labelled with the consignment note attached. Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible.
Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Yes—if the replacement is in stock, we’ll send it. If out of stock, you may choose a full refund or store credit.
How are refunds processed, and how long do they take?
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and processed within 4–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
What is the return window?
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received the package.
How is VAT handled in refunds?
EU customers: refunds include the item price and VAT paid at checkout.
Non-EU customers: refunds include the item price only (no VAT).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Shipping & Delivery

How long is order processing?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). High volumes may cause slight delays, but we work diligently to minimize them.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
For risk and speed reasons, cancellations and modifications are not accepted once an order is placed.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Costs vary by destination, weight, and method. You can preview shipping on the product page or at checkout after entering your address.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free shipping to: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU (on selected products/conditions or promotions). See any promo terms for details.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Most destinations: 7–15 business days.
Maximum delivery time: 20 business days (excluding processing time of 1–3 days).

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become available. Track on the Kumoza tracking page or on 17TRACK. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days after the shipping confirmation, email us at customerservice@kumoza.com with your name and order number.
Could international shipments be delayed?
Yes—factors like weather (rain/storms) or postal service issues may cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Charges may apply depending on your country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. Check with your local customs office for details.
How is EU VAT handled for buyers?
Goods sent from outside the EU are subject to VAT. For EU buyers, VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders above the 150-euro threshold remain subject to import VAT and duty.
